The first step towards a beautiful, healthy smile is to schedule an appointment. Please contact our office by phone or select the appointment request link below. You will receive contact from our office regarding your request by phone in a timely manner.
Our office is open Monday thru Thursday from 8:00am until 5:00pm. Please help us and the rest of our patients by keeping scheduled appointments. Cancellations - must be received at a minimum of 48 hours in advance. No show number one an appointment fee of $75.00 will be charged and must be paid before being able to reschedule. No show number two will result in a fee of $75.00 and dismissal from practice.
